GGNA Committee

Jo Bougourd

President

I joined GGNA because I have encouraged my two young daughters to join the club and I can see how much they enjoy being part of their teams, and how many skills they learn from the sport. The coaching is fantastic and the chance for the players to travel around Switzerland and overseas for matches leads to new and important life experiences.

Cheryl Eversden

Finance Lead

I have joined GGNA as I believe it is a fantastic organization for girls of all ages to develop in their sports journey. As a mother of two girls that absolutely love the club and netball in general I can see how important team sports are in their development. The coaches of GGNA are amazing and the club is continually finding new and exciting ways to encourage and challenge the girls. As a chartered accountant, who is passionate about all sports, I will support the club by overseeing the financial matters and continually striving for excellence.

Sharon Jay

Sports & Operations Lead

I got involved with GGNA because I am passionate about what GGNA gives the girls, I love being part of a family environment that nurtures the girls to grow in confidence and understand & respect their role as an individual and as a team player.

Sarah Cooper

Committee Secretary

I got involved with GGNA because at first it was to spend more time with my daughter as she grows up, by helping out at weekend match play events.  After experiencing the incredibly nurturing community that GGNA is, and seeing lots of girls across all ages grow and develop in ability, confidence and benevolence, I decided to volunteer on the committee to further support this amazing club and its coaches, players and helpers.

Lara Protopapa

Events Lead

I got involved with GGNA because I was passionate about netball as a child and was thrilled when my daughter decided to start playing. The GGNA experience has been such a positive one for Tessa that I felt that I should give something back to the organization.
